How do I contact Bass Rockers?

For any questions, you can email us at support@bassrockers.com or call (215) 395-8055 to speak to our support agent. If you are in the Philadelphia area, you can visit our store at 241 West Wyoming Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19140. You can also send us a message via our contact form, and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

Are products available for wholesale or distribution?

Yes, our products are available for wholesale or distribution. Please contact us for more information. On the contact form, do not forget to choose the reason for contact - become a dealer, and answer related questions.

The product I want to purchase is sold out. When will this model be restocked?

Some of our popular models are sold out at certain times of the year. Don't worry, the models are usually back in stock within a few months. If you want to be notified when stock is refilled for a specific model, you need to go to the product page and click on the email me when available button after providing your best contact email. You will be notified when the model is restocked and available for purchase.

Another option you have is to call our store (215) 395-8055 and ask when the restocking for that product is expected.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to anywhere in the contiguous USA and to most countries in the world. To check if shipping is available for your location, add products to the cart and go to checkout. If the location is supported, you will be able to complete the order. If for any reason your location is not supported, please contact us, and we will try our best to help you get the products.

Where do you ship from?

We are located in Philadelphia, PA, USA and all products are shipped from the local warehouse.

What are my delivery options?

For domestic (US) shipping, we will use FedEx or USPS depending on the item and your location. For international orders, we use USPS only.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! If you are local to the Philadelphia, PA, USA area, you can place the order online, choose the local pick-up option, and come pick it up at our store.

Order

What happens once I place my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hrs on weekdays. If you place your order on Friday night, or on weekends, we will ship it right away on Monday morning. Please note, we are closed on some holidays and will ship the order right away when we are back. After you place an order, you will get an order confirmation email, and another one with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Can I cancel / change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us right away. If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel or modify your order per your request. If it was shipped, and the shipment process can not be stopped, we would have to start a return process once you received the package.

Where is my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have a Bass Rockers account, you can also log in and see your tracking number in the order details.


Warranty & Returns 

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a one-year manufacturer warranty to protect you from any defects during manufacturing. Your warranty starts from the date of your purchase. The warranty does not include blown, damaged, misused, or incorrectly installed items.

What is your return policy?

If the product is damaged during shipping or fails to work during your one-year warranty period, we have you covered - no questions asked! Bass Rockers warranty does not cover blown, damaged, misused, or incorrectly installed items, but in case such situations occur, please contact us, and we will try our best to make you happy! We also have a 30-day return policy, in case you have changed your mind. But a product should not be opened, used and should be in its original packaging to avoid a 20% restocking fee. Who pays for a return shipping label?

We do not pay for any return shipping labels, but if the product is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, we will pay to ship a new product to you once we receive and inspect the defective unit.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please use our contact form and choose the Returns & Refunds option. Please write a detailed explanation of the reason for your return and if you are looking for an exchange or a refund.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return request, we will respond back to you within 3 business days. Please do not ship the products back to us without our return confirmation. When the return is received in our warehouse, it will take up to 5 days to issue you a refund or send a replacement.
