Thanks for shipping with Bass Rockers! Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.
Local pick-up and processing times
We offer local pick-up for Philadelphia, PA area. Once you place your order, it will be prepared for pick-up within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification, once your order is ready for pick-up.
Please contact us before coming for your package to ensure it is ready to be picked up.
Shipping and processing times
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.
While we process the order out in 1-2 business days, the actual shipping times depends on the carrier (USPS or FedEx) and their shipping volume.
In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.
Domestic shipping costs and estimates
We’re happy to offer free domestic (mainland) shipping on orders over $150. With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays.
If your order is below $150 or you are located outside USA mainland, shipping costs are based on your location and total order amount. Please note that shipping costs are subject to change without any notice.
International and USA (not mainland) shipping costs and estimates
We also offer USA (not mainland) and international shipping.
We currently ship to these USA territories (not mainland): Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.
We currently ship to these countries: Japan, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico.
USA (not mainland) and international shipping costs are based on your location and package weight, and are calculated during checkout.
Additionally, international orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT. These are incurred once the package reaches the destination country. Bass Rockers isn’t responsible for these charges—any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping times for USA (not mainland) and international orders vary depending on each destination.
Note there might be shipping delays due to the carrier (USPS or FedEx) load or issues that that might arise with international customs.
